For weeks with had to put up with your BS, telling anyone who'd listen that Martin was going to win by highlight reel KO and that you wanted to take forum members money.

Now, admit you were - like you are 99% of the time on these boards - totally wrong and pay out.

PPV isn't something Hearns invented it's been around for years and there is no difference from when Warden milked the public than Eddie now milking the public with not so good undercards.

As someone said before its ur choice if u want to pay it or do what most people seem to do and stream it for nothing. Be interesting to see what figures it made yesterday.

We had it free here in Australia (well on pay tv, wasn't a PPV)

I thought it was worth it, for the occasion

What annoys me most is the Sky propaganda machine. Its their job, I know, but it just annoys the hell out of me. Johnny Nelson proclaiming AJ vs Martin would be the best heavyweight clash for 15 years...come on now. **** like that all the time to sucker in the gullible casuals

When the IBF start enforcing the "mandatories" on AJ, it'll go into hyperdrive.

    :deal

Those ex-fighters have sold their souls to be pundits.
Audley and Haye have never had any qualms about selling cr@p to the paying public, so no surprise to see them involved.

I couldn't believe SKY had the audacity to show footage and images of the HW greats of the past, and then go on comparing AJ with Mike Tyson after the fight.

It's only going to get worse now that Joshua's Heavyweight champ. Expect the PPV prices to rise for his fights.

Before Whyte I would of said they are crazy trying get Joshua on ppv so early but let's face it the numbers don't lie. Joshua on Sky Sports was the biggest ratings hitter for boxing, the Whyte fight did a huge PPV number and no doubt last night was good as well.

I don't think they will raise the price but Joshua is now a ppv attraction.

Any other network and promoter would be doing the same thing as not doing so is simply leaving money on the table.

Joshua is over big time. PPV star no doubt!

If he fight July 9th on PPV head to head against the fury vs klit rematch on box nation then there is only gonna be one winner and that is sky box office and matchroom.

It was awful on paper. Macklin vs Rose would have been a decent Friday night main event fight back in the day.

Groves, O'Hara Davies and Benn were all massive, massive favourites in their fights, how is that a PPV?

Selby-Hunter was a good watch but not enough IMO.

And the main event dire. It was never PPV. Now if he had something like Whyte-Chisora (I know they were both unavailable to box, just making an example) as chief support, it would have been PPV standard because that's a great s**** on paper. For PPV undercards, you need fights that really get the fans salivating, not 90/10 fights where the A-side is 1-33 to win.

He needs to up his undercards especially for joshua.

Selby even mcdonnell rose macklin. Should not be on ppv. No ones that interested in them. The only one worthy is groves and even then no point putting him on if its against someone three classes below him. Disgrace that hearn uses the undercards of ppv for keep busy fights for mostly average fighters anyway.

At least when ****** done it he was mostly stacking his card with entertaining fighters. A lot of them in tough fights.

Looked at the betting yesterday sure one was 1/50 to win. Disgraceful.

I know its easy to say dont buy it. But as boxing fans we have a right to voice our annoyance over it.
