Don't agree with this at all, It was so easy for George when David did catch him it was more of a shock that Brophy had actually been able to land rather then hurt him.

Groves could of had him out of there in Round one but clearly wanted to get some rounds in.

 

What you think Groves was holding back ? I don't think that was the case he was hitting with full power shots and trying to win the fight, it took him four rounds cause Brophy was resilient

 

He needs rounds mate, at the end of the first Groves stepped backed and let Brophy off the hook.

 

Groves hurt David then lay off him.. He wanted a few rounds.. As he says boxing is all about levels David is Scottish level and George is World it's that simple. You don't put a area level fighter in with a world level opponent

 

Groves let brohpy off the hook first round, brophy needs to get away from fat chops and get with a professional trainer that shows respect to people and not spend biggest part of his life ona ****y forum.

I thought it was disrespectful that nelson had team nelson on the back of his shirt last night he was there for brophy never seen that before or was it nelson couldn't afford to get a new top

Yes mate I'm the fanny.. Anyone who says that wasn't a mismatch last night know nothing about boxing.. Funny thing is Brophy comes over as a nice guy. Billy is then dishing out threats why not just do it rather than threaten someone.. Bullys always get found out

Why the **** would a fighter or trainer knock back the chance to test themselves vs a big name like groves at a sold out 02 arena? This place really is becoming a joke.

 

I agree. It winds me up when he speaks about my brother and I react. I shouldn't but it winds me up how nice as pie he is face to face. I comment on this forum a lot with nothing to do with my brother. I'm a boxing fan and have been since Mike Tyson came on the scene and I was a wee boy.. I pay for all pay per views.. Have box nation
and have travelled all over the UK to see shows/ sparring.. I'm entitled to my opinion as a fan.. I believe mismatch fights should no happen as boxing is a serious sport and people can and do get badly hurt... It is irresponsible for any trainer to put their fighter in over their head.. I still want Brophy to do well he's Scottish.. Truth is he's Area Level at the minute and that's where he should be fighting..
