To be fair to Audley the BBC paid an awful lot more than that in the Bruno days for one of his fights.

Audley is actually a very good pundit if you can look past his proffesional record in the ring.

You cannot not throw a shot with ill intent for 3 minutes, because you are scared of getting hit. You will simply lose rounds and eventually get jumped. This is what happened to him in the end. Fighters were jumping him, because they realised he would just cover up and not throw anything worthwhile back

 

That's not boxing..

Scared of being hit is being pushed into the ring by force..

Mike Tyson was a poor heavyweight champion in terms of a top 20.. he would be in the lower echelons of all the recent champions.. even the 1800 born fighters were overrated apart from Johnson and Tunney..


If they fought in the NFL today.. they'd get their ass kicked..
