    Oscar needed to be rehydrated.

Does fluid look severely dehydrated enough at the weigh in to warrant 750ml IV?

Yep. And doubly sad that the representative of the sport which gave him his success- fortune and fame by his parameters, is butchering the goodwill it showed to him.

Mayweather has abused the position he did not earn justly and is shirking the responsibility he has as an ambassador to the sport. There has to be no way the powers that be will let him reach 50-0. The pinnacle of this charade HAS to be that he goes out with a bang. I am hoping it will be May Pac two on level terms in an organic humbling.

He will be a better person from it too... Deep

It only says it right on their site in bold.

    http://www.usada.org/is-it-prohibit...g-iv-infusions-for-re-hydration-and-recovery/

Some reports suggest that administration of IV infusions, including dietary supplement and vitamin ****tails, are being provided to athletes for recuperation, recovery or lifestyle reasons.
    This content is protected
WADA has justified the inclusion of IV infusions on the Prohibited List given the intent of some athletes to manipulate their plasma volume levels in order to mask the use of a prohibited substance and/or to distort the values in the Athlete Biological Passport. Further, it must be clearly stated that the use of IV fluid replacement following exercise to correct mild rehydration or help speed recovery is not clinically indicated nor substantiated by the medical literature. There is a well-established body of scientific opinion to confirm that oral rehydration is the preferred the****utic choice. Legitimate medical indications for IV infusions are well documented and are most commonly associated with medical emergencies (emergency TUE), in-patient care, surgery, or clinical investigations for diagnostic purposes.

When did his excuse for being dehydrated which actually was never substantiated, we only have his word for it, when did that become a legitimate reason for IV use?

And PRIOR, hmm doesn't that mean before using? Or does that mean after? I'm confused... nah not really but you are probably confusing it with being floored am I right? Is 19 days after the incident = PRIOR????

    ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Really, it's a matter of ethics and some morality. I don't care who it was, if ya got a TUE 19 days after the incident it was not prior to the incident obviously. You are ****ing doping. And it says right there, using an IV just because you dehydrated yo self, that's your own freaking fault, and the IV is prohibited expressly for that reason at all times. It says so ****ing right there!

SO ask yourself, how did Fluid get a TUE? What must have happened for USADA to ignore their own rules?

Remember, they agreed to follow USADA/WADA rules which bans IV use.
