That's why if Khan beats him, I hope people like you show respect.

I think Khan is going to do a number on him..

I dot mind khan tbh but i think he has underchieved imo. Won a world title at one weight and made a few defences but that was years a go and should have won multiple world titles at differet weights. I really think the team behind him have held him back and have less confidence in him than he does.

Khan isn't that tall for 5"9"/5"10 but he's thick in the body.. naturally chiseled..

    Definitely a 154/147 fighter..

Yall acting like canelo is some come forward banger. Khan is no expert at staying off the ropes but he has improved. I don't think canelo will have seen speed like khan before. I think he will have enough pop to keep canelo honest who is a smart boxer anyway.

It does take time to grow in to a weight, Canelo has been fighting around this weight for a long time now and that gives him a huge advantage.

Khan was top heavy before he worked with Roach. Roach and Ariza made Khan a more even looking specimen. From what I've seen he is top heavy again and that's where the problems begin again.

This could end up a painful night for Khan and I think it will but I will be supporting him and at such a great time for British boxing this would be right up there with any of the huge wins we've already enjoyed if Khan can pull this upset off.

Khan's speed and movement will give the slow footed Canelo problems, but the problem will be when he attacks. For all his movement, when attacking, he is still a jump in combination puncher with not a lot of emphasis on shot selection or placement and Canelo has very good timing and countering ability and is good in the pocket.

I expect Khan to nick a few rounds but eventually get caught like Garcia caught him.

I think Khan will start quick as he usually does and his speed might overwhelm Canelo for a couple of rounds. unfortunately I don't think Khan has enough power to stop Canelo walking through him and eventually stopping him in rounds 4-6. Hope I'm wrong though.

Its pretty tough to predict the way the fight will go, as lots banks on how Khan is at this weight.

Put it like this, if size becomes a sort of non factor, I think Khan has to ability to outbox Canelo over 12 agreed..

Most people saying size and weight will be a factor at some point of the fight and Khan will get stopped right.. say the size again is not really a factor , Canelo chasing Khan around the ring will gas too, and Canelo is known to gas and his workate to drop too.

Vs Alexander Khan had a high workrate full 12, i think Khan has higher workrate and better stamina than Canelo, plus Canelo is flat footed and sometimes has trouble cutting the ring off.

So I am seeing it as if it goes the distance Khan should win, Canelo for me only has a punchers chance..but a big one at that.

Do you think that Peterson is better than Alvarez?

Canelo faced Mayweather. It gets no more difficult than that.

If Peterson and Algeri can take Khan's pop and then get close, Canelo shouldn't have any problem.

Khan has slowed down and those flashy combinations don't do damage.

Brilliant to see all the fans including khan fans now realizing the fact that khan as been feasting in the lower weight classes for years
And as done nothing of relevance for five years mediocre fighter nothing more nothing less
I feel he won't be able to make 147 again health and it not being an excuse

He will have to make a name at the weight I said he was years ago 154 where he will be average imo

This..I think for most fans of the sport who can see the fight objectively this is the concern.

The more Khan tires the more defensive mistakes he makes. I can actually see him stealing the odd round but if he tires and Alvarez can walk him down its game over.

    on the flip side:

Alvarez isn't exactly a machine when it comes to stamina though so Khan must fight smart. He cant afford to be chasing the fight at any point. He needs to start fast and use his jab to keep Alvarez off and use the correct amount of movement - not too much to tire himself - but enough so Alvarez cant get set to throw bombs.

I just don't see Khan winning though its a bizarre fight to make for many reasons they both have better options. Alvarez isn't a monster puncher despite what he did to Kirkland but he is at least a good puncher and that should be enough to stop Khan around 5-7 rounds in
