I think most know Floyd did something wrong with the whole IV situation. Your point is noted......the rules that USADA enforce regarding IV's and TUE's were obviously changed or disregarded for Floyd which is part of the issue fans have because it shows the relationship between USADA and Floyd creates even deeper concerns regarding integrity and ethics.

Forget about the dirty samples Floyd is linked to that USADA allegedly hid from the public......forget about the insane use of IV therapy meant for severely dehydrated patients......the fact that USADA bent over backwards to accommodate a client by changing their own rules and regulations breathes life into all the stories about Floyd doping, hiding positive tests and masking illegal substances through excessive us of an IV drip.
