He's not that good, I remember he just robbed some guy recently. Saying that, it's an excellent opponent still.

Not especially good, or that experienced -- but he's big, so that's something.

Eh... could be a worse first defense if that's his voluntary.

Fringe contender, between top 20-30. I'd be good with that. Would rather see him fight Stiverne, but a hard hitting, hard chinned former champ who is generally regarded as top 10 would be a very ambitious first defense for three months after he first won the belt.

Brazeale is an acceptable level voluntary first defense. And it would be about as close to preparation for Fury as any gets, he's got similar size and similar power (just not remotely the work rate or speed).

And above all, I'm very glad it won't be on the 9th.

Fred Kassi as I remember correctly.
    Better as Martin.

He fights on PBC all the time and looks like **** every time he does.
Joshua should be known as "The PBC Can Crusher"

Wasn't Martin supposed to fight Breazeale at the time Glaskov cherry picked him?

Oh dear, poor Dominic, this wouldn't last very long.

    Joshua by brutal KO.

Easy first defence for Joshua, Breazeale is awful, no jab, no movement, easy to hit, I expect another quick KO. Hopefully they choose someone better because this proves nothing.

    100% correctamundo.

Breazeale got a gift against Kassi and just went life and death with Mansour and was basically very lucky as he lost nearly every round.

Another fight which should make AJ look unbeatable and the casuals will lap it up.

All the while there is a proper fight going on between the two best in the division in Wlad and the furious one.

It would be very comparable or even better than the opponents Wilder faced. Molina has since proven himself a top 20-30 type guy, but at the time was fringe top 50. Duhaupas was top 20-30 and has shown himself top 15-20. Spilzka fringe top 20.

Breazeale is not that bad he beat the **** out of mansior and would've knocked him out even without the broken jaw. Yes hardcore beat the **** out of him a little more but breazeale pulled through. And mansior was gassing out & getting hit a lot he was on his way out.

If Joshua can't knock him out early breazeale is pretty diligent with his offense and pace.

Martin was waaaayyyy worse this is actually a step up.

Garbage. And lucky Mansour moronically didn't have a proper mouth guard.
