So GGG can duck DeGale at 168 but open to fight Ramirez for his title?

Ramirez has the biggest backing out of Mexico behind Canelo.

 

Oh yeah my bad, basically since the Cleverly fight which for some reason I thought was in 2012 (actually 2013). So yeah, even the Fonfara fights not really an option, I actually would love for Kovalev to get those fights and I'm hoping this rift doesn't end up hurting his legacy.

When K2 was courting BJS shortly after the Lee victory, DeGale made mention that he'd entertain the idea of allowing GGG to come to the UK for NON-TITLE fight.

Anyone who don't know Lefty Ramirez DKSAB.

The guy has literally been a top 5 in ALL the ABCs for the past 3 yrs.
He's also the best Mexican 154-175lb fighter.

And he's gonna be a cash cow once he beat Utzecatagi and JCC.

Just gotta get an American and a Brit in there and he'll be a prime target for GGG once he makes his invasion to 168. :thumbsup

 

I'm not being a **** or sarcastic at all here......is this something some or most GGG fans disagree with in your mind or in fact??? I ask because to me, (and I do love me some GGG), I read that statement and think "well yeah, no sh!t".

I don't think ward going to 175 and doing what he's doing is similar to what it looked like ggg was trying to do by flirting with 168

 

Let's say canelo got the 160 lb belt from cotto ....at the cw.....then he says he'll fight Jacobs and saunders at 160..., they fall through even after serious negotiations.....then ggg says what about me aND canelo is like "we'll 155 for u chief" even though canelo has never fought at the full limit of 160

I'd have alot less respect for canelo than I do now

At least right now I look at canelo and say he isn't comfy at 160 for anyone
