1980 Ali is the saddest sight I've ever seen in a boxing ring. He was stuffed with incorrectly prescribed thyroid hormones and could barely stand straight.

Tyson was badly faded but still good enough to beat the shell that Ali was at the time.

 

Ali was marginally better in the Berbick bout than he was in the Holmes one. He was actually throwing punches against Trevor. That would have been enough to have beaten the McBride/Tyson.
