Exactly ! At this stage in their careers,Ali actually still WANTED to fight,so he wins a very slow decision.
1980 Ali is the saddest sight I've ever seen in a boxing ring. He was stuffed with incorrectly prescribed thyroid hormones and could barely stand straight. Tyson was badly faded but still good enough to beat the shell that Ali was at the time.
Ali was marginally better in the Berbick bout than he was in the Holmes one. He was actually throwing punches against Trevor. That would have been enough to have beaten the McBride/Tyson.
This has been done before. Shot Tyson still had a big punch and shot Ali wasn't that hard to find. Mike takes this.
Tyson of the Williams fight was much better then, when he fighted Mcbride. Ali defiantly beats that Tyson.
If Tyson lands 4-5 Tyson grade punches.....then Ali's limited communication skills post-fight are rated as zilch.
