That mild case of gyno is a very common phenomena and is in no way a proof of PED usage.

Selby was on Sky for the Warrington card (as well as this Russell Jr portion), and was asked about meeting Russell. He said he would be keen on taking it, even if it meant travelling. I think Russell may win a close but deserved UD if it happens.

Like Gary Russell Jr, Lee Selby is at that point where he needs to step up his competition, and not just oblige mandatories (although after the Hunter fight, Hearn did say all of Selby's mandatory defences were taken care of, and wouldn't have to worry about one for like a year).
