What's the proper balance of being offensive/aggressive and defensive in the ring?

I hear a lot of people talking about how a guy like Errol Spence who walks down his opponents leaves himself open and could be knocked out. Also a guy like Pacquiao, who is very aggressive was knocked out by Marquez because of it. So how do you balance aggressiveness and offensive fighting without compromising your defense and being knocked out?

One has to be defensively responsible while being offensive enough to win without controversy.

Spence, ggg and Joshua have the perfect balance.
We can now add ward in to the above group because at 175 (natural weight) he has the offensive fire power where he never truly had it at 168

hell,a list of boxing moves that are both defensive and offensive in the same move would be so cool.

    Good list too.

    Eroll Spence JR
    Gennady Golovkin
    Anthony Joshua
    Andre Ward
    Roman Gonzalez too

They're all great at maintaining proper range and executing offense at the right time.
