Fury is going to have to land more than 7.1 punches a round if he wants a stoppage. I think Fury tries to throw even less in the rematch. He isn't interested in engaging with Wlad for some reason even when nothing is coming back at him.

Will definitely be a harder fight for wlad since its in England ref will do everything to help fury win. English ref's are the most corrupt in the world that I have ever seen, early stoppages, allowing low blows, point reductions and robbings on the score cards. Wlad needs the ko

I hate to say it but Klitschko is going to KO Fury in the rematch, no doubt about it. Fury is almost 50 pounds overweight and already talking like a guy who knows he's going to lose.

It's 45 pounds and he's looking fat these days, so I don't doubt those numbers. But 45 pounds on a man that big isn't that much to be honest, and he has like 2 and a half months to shed the weight. That's a pretty modest weight loss per week.

I always assumed this would be a
    trilogy... it keeps them dancing
    together rather than getting mangled
by King Kong... they'll both cash out!!

    :deal

Vitali has brought the fear of god into Wlad, and will see Wlad beat Fury.

    Comprehensively.

Fury fought a good fight and Wlad was mummified.

I think that this time Klitschko comes in looking for the knockout and he blitzes Fury in less than 4.

If Tyson beats Wlad again then Wlad's career is done, just retire. Fury is good but nothing that special.

    Two intangibles here:

    1. Fury appears to have gained a significant amount of excess weight since the previous contest. You can tell just from the announcement press conference.

    2. Big bro Vitali is surely on Wladimir's case about beating this guy like never before. Wladimir has been preparing since last year and is very serious.

This all "sounds like" a recipe for Fury's utter destruction....

    ...but...

...we won't know for sure what will happen until they get in the ring.

Vitali doesn't want to come out of his
cushy office 'retirement' to do another
    "Revenge of the Brother"!!

Can definitely see where you're coming from. There were several factors at play last time out and the potential for the same exists here the second time around. We won't know for sure what will happen until they get in the ring. MVC! has been on a roll with some of his fight picks lately, so we'll see what transpires in a few months.

I think Fury simply befuddled Wladimir last time out, taking him outside of his comfort zone in the process. This time, I believe Wladimir is going to throw significantly more shots in there. The fight's going to look a LOT different than the first, regardless of outcome.

I'm 100% open to the possibility that Wlad surprises me and destroys Fury. He's got all the assets for it, it just depends if he chooses to use them..

But in all honesty I think it'll be similar to the first.

So you predict Wlad to blitz Fury in 4 , in which he will earn himself a great accomplishment .

But if Fury wins again - against the odds again - he's still a nothing??

    get outta here you slug.
