When that POS demanded the wrap be removed Margarito could easily have said FU the wrap has been examined passed & signed off on by the CSAC inspector Instead he offered his hand for it to be removed. Would any man that knew it was illegal do that??? Get real That was a kangaroo court the CSAC were prosecutor, judge & jury.
