Not tough like Mexicans what does that even mean? How tough was JCC when he got the **** boxed out of him against Pea Whitaker? There have been plenty of cats in the hood who are tough who can fight and never end up in a boxing ring you're a fool if you think otherwise. Crawford doesn't fight rough. He fights like Pernell not Hagler. The hood doesn't have the rough riders in boxing anymore. Now the tough guys come from Mexico and Russia because the culture over there is to be that way. It's a harder environment over there without all the government assistance.
