Canelo walks into the ring at 170 at least. So why not step in the ring with GGG, who will come in lighter? Forget about the other fighters. Focus on Canelo and GGG.

GGG is the best 160 lb fighter. Canelo has not even fought at 160.

GGG wants the PAYDAY, GGG wants the name recognition, GGG wants the belt, he can have ALL THAT if he fights at 155 CW.

He was willing to do it at 154 for LITTLE Floyd. :think :deal

Ward's resume shids on GGG's resume...

When GGG has wins over top elite comp, he can start taking an easy fight here and there without much criticism.. Problem is that GGGs entire resume is shid.

GGG is making a career taking paper titles while devouring overly matched bums and losers like you cheer him on.

Well if it's that many "oversized" HWs, they should just split the division into HW and Super HW (as Max Kellerman has said before) .

As for Canelo. You can't really call the guy a chicken. He's fought most of the top guys in around 154. (Yes, I thought Lara beat him.) And he fought an ATG, in Floyd. AND he came down in weight to make the fight.

Sure...he is apparently in no rush to fight GGG or move up to MW, officially. But, arguably neither is GGG in any rush to make the fight.

I am not really taking a side. I like them both. And both are divas to me. But, Canelo shouldn't be taking all the heat for the fight not getting made, if he is only asking to meet at a C/W. It 's the same C/W he was able to compete for and get the title at. Blame the greedy commissions for allowing C/W title fights.

:patsch GGG WILL have "ALL THAT" come May 22nd, when Canelo either agrees to the MANDATORY BOUT... or the WBC demands that Canelo return the belt.

 All the trolls are quickly running out of time to complain with their accusations.

This isn't a win for the fans who want to see competitive, good fights.

I'm not understanding how GGG is at fault in any way. We're talking about fighting for the MW championship of the world at 160. That is what MW is. He is ready to fight now at that weight. He has said let's fight now. Canelo has lost all credibility with true fight fans, unless he fights GGG next. It would be a huge payday for both fighters.

    :good

It's really straight forward except for those who dislike GGG, then we hear all kinds of reasons GGG's the "bad guy".
