Do you think modern cuban technicians would school Dempsey, Louis, Marciano etc?

cuban amatuer heavies through all the olympics have been mature proffesional full time fighters v mostly young novice usa fighters .

    that is a huge advantage.

historically cuban heavies that have defected and turned pro have quickly got fat /out of shape /lacking motivation / talented but lazy fighters

its as soon as they start having what money can buy them they lose all intrest in what it takes to stay at the top.

if / bowe /tyson/ mercer /holyfield /wilder / et c etc stayed amatuer all there careers then usa would havce had much more sucess at amatuer heavy.

tua was knocked out as a 17 year old amatuer heavy v a good cuban /at 27 he would have been able to walk through the same shots and get his own off.

age and experience in the amatuers is something that usa fighters lack simply because any promise and they turn pro.

agree with all you said just Tua was knocked out by a "Great" cuban though, Savon's one of the best amateur HW's in history but yeah was a boy vs man mismatch kind of deal.

It just goes to prove your lack of boxing knowledge when you think Marciano had the typical technique that all the other ATG's from those era's had.

    Different weight classes. 204 pounds vs 242 1/2 and 210 1/2.

Ali only weighted 0.84 of Klitschko.

That's like the difference of Amir Kahn and Andre Ward, 147 vs 175 pounds - equals 0.84 of Ward.

I pick Ward over Kahn - even if Kahn's faster - due to size, power and chin.

I pick Klitschko over Ali - even if Ali's faster - due to size, power and chin.

At some point though you become so massive that your stamina and workrate takes a nosedive and you leave yourself very vulnerable to being outworked for points or gassing later and end up getting stopped.

Dude Vitali and Lewis had good stamina for their size, especially Vitali. But in their fight they were wobbling all over the ring by the 5th round due to their size and amount of oxygen their massive frame needed to keep going.

Ali would dance around them for about 8-9 rounds waiting for them to tire and then light them up and stop them.

Ali feasted on guys who were prone to tire. Any 250 pound man is very prone to tiring in the ring. It's biology.

Ali is much faster than Haye and much more skilled. You're trying to compared Haye to Ali and that is a joke.
