very smart from team GGG to play on canelos mexican pride

public pressure might force canelos hand remember he is young and at that age you feel you can do anything

He seemed annoyed during the fight, at how easy it was to knock Wade down. Then he knocked him down with a punch to the shoulder. He wanted a fight. He could have fought 10 guys of Wade's ability last night, one after the other. At least 10. Of course he's annoyed and saying it's easy. Because he knows a fight like that does nothing for him. Like sparring

He could fight them in a tag team match, or one takes even rounds, one takes odd rounds, and if he wanted, GGG could make neither see past the 4th

I only came across it as a video via here. It wasn't the worst thing in the world but I can see why it'd **** Golovkin off.

I do think that the GGG nice guy act is a bit of a front though. I just don't particularly care.

GGG is obviously not as stupid as some of his dumbass fans.

They're building him up to this before fully cashing him out against a live opponent.

He's obviously frustrated. He wants to unify before moving up to 168 and he knows he doesn't have a lot of time left. I mean, he's been ducked his whole career. First with Sturm, then Cotto, Quillin, BJS, and now Canelo. If I have deal with that, I would be mad a lot sooner.

How exactly is Canelo ducking him? He's taking an optional defense
that was agreed to by GGG and his camp. Has stated plenty of times
that he will fight GGG. At this point, Canelo does not really need the belt, he could easily just drop it if he had no intentions of fighting GGG.

So this basically leaves just one excuse for those idiots claiming duck, the catchweight.

I'll ask again, why would GGG be afraid to fight Canelo at a catchweight? He needs this fight more than Canelo does.

Gennady speaks pretty good English. Canelo & Cotto don't speak a word even now. Anyway I find I can understand Gennady far easier than trying to decipher Floyd Mayweathers mumbling " Err Err like I said before Err Err "

He always uses broken English with his wide smile and baby face... enough to make people say he's a great guy without listening or reading into what he's saying. I don't think he's a bad guy, but not sure how he's "such a great guy" to so many when others aren't viewed that way. Fanboys, I guess...

:patsch Man, you were really doing good over the last few days.

Knowledgeable posts including a few intriguing comments.

:p Then, you go and blow it by again bringing up the

    "CATCH WEIGHT NONSENSE" .

    Let it go....

There is no "CATCH WEIGHT" clause in a MANDATORY CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT.

    ;)

I honestly do not understand how anyone can still support Canelo & call him a champion. He is not called Canelo or Alvarez any more by the hispanic fighters & supporters around here. Mention his name & they immediately
pinch their nose. like there is a foul smell & mutter Pollo. He has embarrassed the proud Mexican fans
