fury took the jab away and wlad kept trying to land them. if he comes in with a plan B (if he even can have a plan B) then the fight could be diffrent

 

That's the only thing that makes sense. Fury knows if he acts too self-confident and destroys Wlad too much in the pressers no one will tune in for the PPV as fans might consider it a mismatch.

Wlad is used to not getting the credit he deserves. I doubt your opinion would unsettle him in the least.

 

Fury's shape looks questionable but honestly, he is all talent and not much athleticism. Clearly, not coming fat into the ring helps (a lot) but compared to Wlad, Fury doesn't rely on his physical superiority much. His skill ceiling is just so much higher than Wlad could ever dream of.

Only stupid people would ignore the body of work Wladimir Klitscko has put together over the course of his 20 year professional career. However I have to agree that if Tyson shows up to the fight like this then I wouldn't give him any credit what so ever.


Tyson never really looked that super into shape but atleast he got into better shape as time went on. Hopefully he get his **** together so he can perform on the night.

But even if Tyson gets into shape it's not like having to shed 10-20 pounds of overweight is even close to good for you health wise and it will hamper his performance.

 

I think if Fury came in with 50 lbs extra then it could end up being a more competitive fight. Still, history will look at this win (if Wlad pulls it off) with an asterix. Fury was way past his best physically and it appears mentally too -- unless its all a charade and an act.

Fury is responsible for Fury's fight night conditioning..... and regardless of what fury looks or fights like, a Wlad win in the rematch (assuming he does win) will not be diminished whatsoever

 

Agree. The first fight was due to Klitshcko being unaware of just how hard even a mediocre fighter that is 6foot 8-9 would be to deal with

I also think Wlad was overwhelmed by Fury's movement

Size disadvantage and good movement were something Wlad was obviously not prepared for, even though he must've watched Fury tapes extensively. ( or at least you think he would have to prepare )
This rematch will be VERY telling as to if Wlad can overcome someone of Fury's size with good movement

No power to speak of and mediocre skills. Wlad --should--- be able to see the dire situation and take RISKS, alter his style, become more aggressive and KO fury

 

If Fury loses the rematch he will go down with Leon Spinks and Rahman as one of the shortest reigns and worst Heavyweight Champions ever.

Like we need you to give us permission to give credit to a 40 year old man that overcame personal family issues and beat a 27 year old prime oaf that can't bother to stay in shape during the off season.

Fury is always out of shape. Always. And that never affected him. Its how he looks and how he eats.

If Wlad wins this, it will be HUGE for his career and his Resume.

I just hope Fury doesn't retire and goes on to pummel Wilder and Joshua
