    Wilder is on a heavy bulk phase will weigh in around 240 which is huge for him

    He put on 10 lbs of muscles in few months? At age 30? On an already jacked body, with a low body fat percentage? Not suspicious at all. Just impossible for natural bodies.

    amazing really wilder put on 50 ibs of pure muscle without any body fat

    he started as 190 as a heavy now is hitting 240 with pure muscle

    made amazing gainz

    All you have to do is eat more protein and incorporate more weights or strength training to gain muscle. I gain muscle very easy but it's tough to get rid of when I want to lose weight.

    no the best someone can gain in 1 year is no more than 10 ibs of muscle

    anyone who gains more either is mistaken and its fat or water weight or they are on roids

    its far easier to gain fat than muscle

    Not sure he needs to bulk up here, but if it adds some sturditity to his feminine legs then so be it.

    I am not sure sturditity is a word, but I do not care.

    You have to work harder to gain muscle.

    You can just eat a lot and sit on your ass to gain fat. To gain muscle, you have to work out.

    from what i learnt is most people can expect to gain 10 ibs of muscle a year

    anyone who says they can gain 20 ibs of muscle in one year is on roids

    or he is mistaken and its fat weight

    anyone can gain 20 ibs in 1 month but 19 ibs of that would be fat

    Well certainly not 50 lbs of muscle lol but just because someone puts on weight or muscle or gets ripped it doesn't mean they're taking PEDs. People are too quick to jump to medication.

    And we don't know Wilder's body fat % or water weight so we can only speculate.

    wilder was 190 2 or 3 years ago

    now he is hitting 240 thats 50 ibs in about 3 year thats crazy

    Like i said i am a bodybuilder someone who does not take roids the best they can hope to gain is 10 ibs of muscle a year sure they may gain 20 ibs a year but 10 ibs of that is fat
