Wilder has on NUMEROUS occasions confessed that "Wlad gave me a lesson in the ring" and "I know what I have to improve, I am so motivated to become better". No word of knockdowns or a KO, but certainly Wilder was quite humbled by the experience.
Chef who used to post on here verified that Wlad dropped Wilder twice and wobbled him at least twice more. Quite frankly it sounded like a mismatch.
Heard wlad knocked him all round the ring but heard he also did the same to whyte and Joshua so no disgrace, wlad is a seasoned pro.
Wilder was not invited back for sparring unlike some lesser known names, because he was easy meat and dropped like a *****s knickers too often
Wilder was Wlad's chief sparring partner for the Mariusz Wach camp. He was in Austria with them for weeks. He talked about it being one of the best experiences of his career while he was there and after. There is no footage of Wlad "wobbling" or dropping anyone in the Wach camp, let alone Wilder. And Wilder returned to the U.S. after the long camp with Wlad and fought about four weeks later on Showtime and scored a dramatic KO. He had open camps in the U.S. preparing for that Showtime card. He was interviewed a lot. He wasn't a guy recovering from some beating or KO. On the contrary, he returned very sharp and gained a lot of experience. The stories coming out of that camp were Wilder breaks the backboard of Wlad's basketball hoop. And everyone marveled at it because none of them could dunk, but Wilder used to play basetball in high school. And he hung on rim after dunking it, and pulled it down. That's about how violent things got at that camp. And a sparring partner who gets knocked out or repeatedly dropped isn't the chief sparring partner and doesn't stick around long. I don't know who "Chef" is ... but there is NOTHING to back up the claims of this Wilder beatdown other than "some guy who posts on some board said he heard that" ... but the actual footage taken at the camp refutes that. And those weren't the stories coming out of there at the time. Also, Wlad didn't tend to beat the hell out of sparring partners in any camp. His camps weren't run like that. He wasn't running a Floyd Mayweather "all the guys in the camp fight each other until they can't continue" stuff. Everyone has repeated it to the point that they want it to be true. But it's not.
chef is part of walimir klitchkos camp, he's chef to be accurate he said wlad dropeed him a few times beat the **** out of him, gave him a black eye and then got him a cake for deontays brithday because he felt bad
Wladimir cooks his own food at camp. He learned to grill years ago, and he only cooks for himself in camp. He won't let anyone else do it. It's in one of his training camp docs.
chef is he's chef, im sure he cooks some of the food but there must be 20 odd people in these camps, you think they dont hire a chef? lol the fact of the matter is wilder got dropped a few times got a black eye and wlad got him a birthday cake because he felt bad
Except he doesn't have a cook. So the source of the rumor about Wilder getting stopped by Wlad in training camp is a guy on a message who claims he's Wlad's "chef." :roll:atsch Of course it is. Must be true then. And then they all had cake. At camp.
Javan Sugar Hill said Wlad dropped Wilder and hurt him BADLY in a interview he gave on the PUGILST KOrner. James Ali Bashir confirmed it happened too. He talks about Wlad knocking down both Wilder and Richard Towers 1:38:00 [YT]Jc-_8Kas1uw[/YT] Dillian Whyte has been in camp with Wlad many times. ''He's been put down in sparring a couple of times, and put down bad!'' 13:40 [YT]cVlLzFzhwog[/YT]
