If Canelo drops WBC then asks GGG for 155, what excuses will you fans come up with?

    If Canelo drops the belt I don't see why GGG would want to fight him. He makes decent money and he's fighting to unify the division and you know...be a great fighter. Alvarez as a non-middleweight doesn't fit into that picture.

    Also, your weights are way off. GGG and Alvarez are the same weight, and Ward is a solid 15lb bigger than both of them.

    HBO and Team GGG want you to believe that but Canelo is definitely smaller than GGG. 5lbs doesn't sound like much in the real world but in boxing its quite a big deal.

    Ward is probably 10-15lbs bigger than GGG now, but not when 164 was offered.

    Not sure why Alvarez weighed 172 against Trout on SHO way back before anybody was considering him against GGG then...

    And there was never any sense in fighting an inactive Ward for no belt.

    Andre's been walking around at 180 for a while now.

    If you compare height, reach, and walking around/fight night weight, GG and Canelo aren't too far apart in size.

    What are these alleged options?

    The winner of Lara v Vanes at 155lb lol?

    To to fight blown up welters at 155lbs lol?

    Or to try to drain actual 160lb fighters to fight him at 155?

    The fact is 154 isn't all that different from 160 at the moment and I'd rather see Canelo fight against Golovkin, Lemieux, etc.

    Canelo, GBP, Hopkins are all making themselves look pathetic at the moment

    He could bring all the top 147 and 154lbsers for paydays don't kid yourself those divisions have a lot of talent.

    He probably gets pacman next ffs which is a mega payday far bigger than Ggg could dream of.

    Be honest are you looking forward to GGG vs Taureano Johnson?

    Isn't GGG's refusal to fight Canelo at 155 just as cowardly as Canelo refusing to fight GGG at 160?

    A more sane argument would be why doesn't Canelo fight Golovkin at 160 considering he holds a title there and fights in the middleweight division.
