Anybody saying GGG is p4p and all those threads where he's beating ATG's like Hopkins and Hagler. He's being worshipped as an unbeatable god by some folks. Some say Lara beat Canelo, which is all the more reason for GGG to make a Lara fight happen and let it be known "this is what I do to fighters who Canelo has had a hard time with."

Lara is a quality fighter that GGG could showcase himself against and let his quality be known if he was really confident in his abilities.

......but lets be honest here, Lara's style isn't the type most fighters would want to showcase themselves against. Evev if you beat him, you're not going to look good doing it.

 

I think Loeffler would've said no offer was made if indeed that is true. Looking at interviews, they are too focused on belts to use as leverage against other fighters. It's all boxing politics, the last thing on their mind is making fights the public wants to see. It's some misnomer or wish, that GGG is above said boxing politics but he is not.

Yeah, it's unfortunate that an element of his fan base are completely deluded. But not all of his fans are like that.

Some of the criticism is unjust though. He wants to obtain all of the belts at MW, and he has every right to do that. It's not his fault that Canelo and Saunders etc won't fight him.
