It was a little early, but Quintero was starting to gas and he ate a hell of a lot of rights that he clearly couldn't see coming anymore, things were conspiring against him in a bad way.

He was winning the Nugaev fight too, IIRC. He ended up breaking his hand. Then he broke his ankle in another fight. Man, he's so freaking unlucky.

Nah, he was coming back. Happened a lot in this fight, but he comes back and hurts Petrov something fierce. Same with Petrov when he gets trapped in the corner. Looks like he's done but he comes back.

Nice fight as long as it went. Petrov's maybe not looking as sharp as he could but it was never gonna be an easy fight. Quintero ****ed up by injury ... again, but looked like he was possibly gassing a bit anyway.

And did not know Petrov was fluent in Spanish - good career move...:D

EDIT: my bad, course he's based outta Madrid

Quintero was definitely still in that for me. Both showed good recovery after being stunned multiple times already. He was doing great considering his depth perception must've been ****ed. Shame it was stopped but probably necessary.
