Cintron really changed after his second fight with Margarito. It's weird(but oddly befitting of Cintron) but he somehow forgot how to punch with power and turned himself into more of a volume boxer(with lacking technique). He didn't get gunshy about throwing punches like a lot of fighters but he somehow found a way to get gunshy about sitting down on his shots.

Agreed though he did fire off a hard right on Canelo before being taken out.

As the poster below said, he rarely puts weight on his shots anymore. About the only punch he threw with real authority was his left hook to the body.

He hardly jabbed and Flores landed several hard overhand rights but none seemed to hurt him. Flores looked like a guy who should be 140 based on height and build. I don't think Citron looked all that good. He hit the guy a few times with hard shots but never seemed near a KO

Fight of the night if you can find it was Johnson vs spring a closely fought split decision. Johnson fought in a Mayweather like stance trying to time hard rights. I thought after 3 Johnson was ahead with Spring willing himself past Johnson with hard straight lefts and right hooks but Johnson landed something clean in all the rounds he lost.

You've felt the merging of my banana dance too often for me to get anything by you, Moriarty, you old rake. :hey

(right? Like I'm definitely not the first one to note massively heauxmeauxerotic undercurrents in Doyle? Regular on-the-surface like-an-otter-at-rest currents, even? Like there are probably university courses on it at some artsy fartsy liberal arts joint)
