Lewis vs Rahman #1 was one of the lower intensity championship fights I have ever seen until the KO punch.

 

Anyone can get knocked out by a punch.

 

Rahman had big cannons. I think that if he connected on anybody just right it was goodnight.

 

The idea is not to get hit.
Maybe that punch would have KO'd anyone. Who knows, who cares. It was Lennox's job to avoid getting hit flush but instead he stood there grinning asking to be chinned like a sucker.

 

Does Lennox Lewis get knocked out by James Toney? Does he get kayoed by Danny Williams? Does a 38 year old Mike Tyson survive the punches of Vitali Klitschko? Does a 38 year old Tyson survive Kevin McBride?

I think the OP knows the answer to all those questions but he'll struggle to answer them and still say 'Girly Lenni glass jaw' which he adds to virtually every post and if he can't shoehorn it in then starts a pointless thread of his own which I've been daft enough to get drawn into.

Lewis' chin survived hard shots from Bruno, Mercer, Klitschko. He got in with Mason, Ruddock, Tua, Morrison, Grant, Tyson, Golota, Briggs, Holyfield. He survived more hard hitters than Bowe and had the courage to get in with far more.

The irony of a keyboard warrior incessantly calling Lennox 'girly' is beyond parody. And who, secure in their own masculinity, uses the word 'girly' anyway? Did the OP google 'girly man pounded in the ring' and end up here by mistake?
