He wasn't beforehand anyway imo, but he definitely shouldn't be anywhere near anyones top 10 now... It's about time this embarassment to the UK stopped being in the media so much, when the UK has so many current world champions that can actually take a shot.
You are right, he's not a top 10 UK fighter, in fact he's not a top 10 fighter at 147 either. No idea why people think otherwise.
So?he always does ok running away till he tires and legs slow down.he cannot cut it at world level.proven fact
The old till he got caught excuse, it's a 12 round fight he can't run forever as soon as he slows down he starts to get caught in every single fight.
You lot ate brutal, you are going in harder than that right hand that levelled him. Have some compassion you nasty bunch
I now have him at 27th P4P in the UK :deal 1 Fury 2 Frampton 3 Brook 4 Mcdonnell 5 Degale 6 Saunders 7 Crolla 8 Selby 9 Flanagan 10 Quigg 11 Joshua 12 C Smith 13 Haye 14 Murray 15 Haskins 16 L Smith 17 Groves 18 Eubank Jnr 19 Lee 20 Warrington 21 Burns 22 Bellew 23 Butler 24 Maccirinelli 25 L Walsh 26 Cleverly 27 Khan
He deserves some credit for stepping up and fighting Alvarez. Truth is, he's done well to last so long in boxing with his glass jaw. Lesser men would have quit after the Prescott defeat, or fallen to pieces and been KO'd by everyone. Khan actually bounced back and even beat some decent opponents, including Maidana who allegedly can punch. Khan's done well considering his handicap. That's the truth.
according to br he's the #3 middleweight now atsch http://boxrec.com/records?reset=1&***=m&division=Middleweight&status= don't know how long they keep him up there, but it sure shows their rating flaws.
the truth hurts mate.. where would you have him he got beat by Peterson then starched by Garcia 3 year ago.. has fought like once a year against feather fisted cherry picked opponents since.. then finally steps up and gets knocked out COLD as soon as Alvarez wanted to end it. he should be nowhere near near anyones top 10 p4p UK - fact. :deal
