I've been saying for a while that Khan being in the top 10 at 147 is questionable.

I think he's at the level of Guerrero, Berto, Ortiz, Josesito, Algieri, Broner, etc. The only ranked guys I give him a good shot with are Vargas, Mikhaylenko, and Ponomorev. The last two only because I know nothing about them.
