Depends if you want to factor in the weight Khan has already moved up from.

And that's fine if you think he loses to those guys, but I still don't see that as a reason to retire.

Who is extremely overrated. He's lost to Kotelnik and Alexander for God sake.

Name an elite level fighter Maidana has stopped?

Khan is a very dangerous fighter at 147. His speed would give anyone problems. He deserves a lot of credit for moving up in weight and taking on a power puncher like Canelo. He shouldn't retire yet, he should take the rest of the year off and come back early next year in a warm up fight. Then take on Brook in the summer if he's still champ.

He's been knocked out twice and came back. This will be easier to come back from because nobody thought he could survive. Mentally this is much easier to recover from, he got knocked out by somebody who was 175lbs on the night, no shame in that.

So why didn't Khan fight any decent 147lb fighter before he went to 155 and got taken apart by Canelo ?

Face facts, Khan has been beaten every time he's stepped up in class.

His career defining fight is beating Maidana.

He gets soundly beaten by most of the top ten at 147.

So what weight class is Khan in now then ?

Didn't Khan, his team and his fanboys all say that Khan was fighting at his natural weight at 155 ?

Maybe he should go back to getting fighters past their sell by date, to move up a weight class.

    This.

I cannot believe how people hold him so high esteem, bellends like Malignaggi.

Khan lost to Prescott, Garcia, and Canelo.

He struggled against Algieri and ancient Diaz.

It's time to face the facts, he's just not elite. He's B-level at best.

I would guess that he won't be affected by this. He's been down this road before.
