Did Audley have the worst chin ever at heavyweight?

Have you never heard of Jorge Luis Gonzalez?

 

Not even close.

 

Once upon a time Clifford Ettiene had a solid chin, but once it "went", his durability was absolutely abysmal. He was knocked down by something like 5 or 6 times, some by glancing shots, against Fres Oquendo.

you have to put his chin up there, it was made of nappies. He fought like a man scared to take a shot as well so he clearly knew it was an issue. In those later fights he was in trouble literally from a tap, if he got hit at all it was over. I like Audley so am glad he didn't carry on fighting, it would have been depressing seeing him getting pummelled again and again.

 

nope, he just threw himself on the floor when his opposition got near.


some will think ths is a joke - its really no, watch some of his fights.

 

Have you seen that fight? If that's the only fight you ever saw of Oquendo you'd think he was a heavyweight Tommy Hearns :rofl

 

Audley loads up and lands his biggest shot on Jorge while simultaneously taking his best in return. :think Who goes down? (or to sleep even)

 

Its certainly one of the worst ive ever seen at any weight. And he clearly knew it, once he admitted it to himself he fought like one touch of a glove on his body and it was sleepy time. Thats why he didnt dare throw a punch at David Haye for near enough 3 full rounds or something. David Price seems to fight in a similar way and being that nervous and twitchy about taking any sort of punch seems to make it even easier to hit him.

hes going to end up drinking himself to deathat some stage, that what happens to those who miss their chance to fulfil themselves through deliberate choice.

 

Audley? I don't get that impression at all, he seems quite philosophical, he seems satisfied with what he did actually do, in a sense more than most, which seems to be his take on it. from what I seen of him he seems like a positive type of guy, regardless of how it all went south.

 

Shot Danny Williams had an abysmal chin.

He really would do a funny stretch / slo-mo dance when he was tagged. It was almost like a really shit rendition of Riverdance.
