Lewis won because he had inside skills and Vitali had none.

He won because Vitali is a stiff , upright robot with a very unrefined skill-set.

Lewis won because he was a great and Vitali was not. Its as simple as that Porky.

Who let Dino out of his cage again?

Goddamn, I told you kids not to play with the keys a hundred times.

Now you catch Dino before he digs up the garden and s hits on the carpet again

Utter garbage. Lewis deserves no credit for tko6. He owes his 'win' to a bad referee and cheating. He wisely retired also, would have been destroyed in any rematch with a proper referee and he knew it. Cheats and liars do not deserve credit or respect. And where was this skill set vs Rahman and McCall 1? I never saw Vitali in that state whcih is why he had a much longer reign. You and Gee keep swinging on a gonad each though.

Of course he deserves credit. He was getting f@cked up and he came back, threw his hands and went for broke. He could easily have been countered or have blown his wad. That's what champions do, and it paid off for him.

You can't take that away from him.

That said, I agree that he was done at that point and that Vitali would have crushed him in a rematch.

I'm not saying he didn't lose, but we all know how record books aren't the most reliable way to tell who lost or won a fight. Plenty of "L's" in them books, history(whatever that means to you) sees as a "W"

Vitali gassed out after 4 rounds and he was in the absolute peak of his career :rofl

Imagine what a prime Mike Tyson would have done to that version of Lewis :admin

I reckon even the Larry Homles of the Mercer fight would have beaten that Lewis.

I know for sure that Old Foreman would have panned him out cold. :dead
