No dumbass all we know at the moment is that Povetkin had a sold over the counter substance in his system with little known performance enhancing benefits that was banned since Jan 1st. The substance has been noted to stay in the body for several months after usage. It's possible that he may have had trace amounts still in his body from before Jan 1st.
