Russians are known and proven cheaters on a mass level. This has been known for decades by many insiders and is now being shown to people on a systematic basis. This is the way things are done in Russia, just like corruption is as normal as breathing and why Russia is one of the most corrupted places on Earth (aside from Africa) as documented by many studies and NGOs. Stop making assinine excuses for this *******. Even Putin (though tried at first he did) cannot spin this into some American conspiracy and has essentially cowered away. I sincerely hope crooked Russian sports orgs (I don't even blame the amateur athletes since shooting up needles is basically their requirement to compete) is banned from Rio.
