Hmmmm:think Very very interesting Jermall Charlo has never faced a southpaw as a pro, and Trout one awkward mother****ing southpaw. This one might blow up in Al's face.

Trout is also an Al fighter.
Why would he care whether Trout or Charlo won? Its not like Charlo is some megastar, most boxing fans don't even know which one is which.

As for the fight. Its basically a toss up. Id slightly lean towards Charlo but no way id put real money on it

Trout's lost twice and is seen as glass jawed and sadly enough a steeping stone, you know damn good and well the Charlos are being groomed to be the next big things, they're both undefeated, young, and Jermall has exciting KO's therefore more marketable. Trust me he's Al's protected fighter.

Trout's southpaw stance won't trouble Charlo as much as you think. Trout thinks too much against Sturdy fighters, and that will cost him a UD loss.

Trout has beaten Cotto and arguably Canelo(lost a close decision at worst), and hes 30.

The general public are actually more likely to know who he isIf Trout wins, then hes right back at the top.

I don't see why a promoter/manager would care to be honest

Yes getting 10 cents profit isn't exactly going to increase your wealth much.
    Most are between 1/5 - 1/10 favourites

Trout having the better resume and being more well known is exactly why he's brought in, Trout in as the sacrificial lamb for the young gun, who also happens to be the IBF champion a belt he won being showcased on an PBC on network television.

As far as the last comment goes, either you're very naïve, or you're just kissing Haymon's ass as usual.

Yeah I'm sure no promoter would care if one of the fighters on their roster who is much younger and can make them money for far longer wins over a fighter most regard as a dull spoiler with no chin, that's been relegated to ESPN cards that no one watches taking on guys like Dawson and Grajeda for the last two years. De La Hoya cares Arum cares and yes Haymon cares, they're in the business of making money, they're meat merchants of the highest order, there's no egalitarianism to be found.

Wrong, I rate Trout pretty highly and think he gives most guys in the very overrated LMW hell, but I think Jermall and Andrade are both capable of outboxing him and Lara already has. J-Rock I think is the only one who'd win in dominant fashion.
