Because it's about time we had a PPV fight you didn't have to feel ashamed to see show up on your cable bill the next month.

I'm not interested in the fight at all. It's a foregone conclusion, and the only reason for it to happen is to give GGG Canelo's belt.

I'd rather Canelo dropped the belt and continued fighting at 154. GGG should fight Saunders, Eubank and Jacobs.

Pit long time no see? The last time I saw you here is when you made a thread about how Hatton was going to knock out Pacquaio! Boy where you wrong! Making the same mistake with this thread again!

Could it be something to do with Canelo being the linear middleweight champion of the world you think and GGG being the obvious number 1 challenger?

Your paraprhrasing failed to mention that important fact.

Imposing artifical handicaps in a boxing contest is the complete antithesis of "manning up" as you put it. States boldly you are afraid to fight the man under the same conditions everyone else has.

These conditions and technical points seem to be all we hear from Canelo / Golden Boy. God forbid Canelo take Golovokin on and beat him at his best and firmly cement his status as the PPV star. If the fans are prepared to argue this handicap rubbish what's next - different size gloves because outweighs you by 2 divisions? Khan should have negotiated to wear 4oz and Canelo 16oz:lol:

Canelo hasn't fought at 154 in 6 fights and by the sound of it he can't make Canelowieght anymore.it's too hard on his body. I'm very interested in this fight but yea I'd also like to see GGG vs those 3

He was wearing the KT tape on his legs for the Kahn fight. Leads me to believe he had to drain too much just to make 155. I don't think he can safely make his made up weight class anymore.

One of the major reasons I want to see this fight is because I feel this has been keeping GGG at MW for too long. I feel the only way he'll move up and improve his legacy is if he gets this belt. He's invested too much time in it already. Get the belt, get to 168, and then fight Ward (once Ward comes back down after his a$$kicking at the hands of the Krusher).

He will fight them after beating Canelo, of course if they dare to get into the ring with him.

Too long for what ? As it was mentioned in the above post, there are still good MW opponents: Saunders, Jacobs and Eubank Jr.
