If anyone sues it should be Wilder to get back his training camp costs.

Training costs in the 6 figures apparently. All of this still has to play out and it's almost 3pm EST as I write this with no word from the WBC which is suspicious to me.
Ryabinsky is playing the social media game trying to keep some support for his fighter. Obvious to me when he tried to imply Wilder was the one who should be concerned about drug testing when it's their side that was concerned, dragging their feet with accepting and doing VADA drug testing.

Like I said the other day, "just a few PEDs" are the new "clean" in Russia.

Enough time was wasted "waiting" for Povetkin to get his act together. It was nothing but DELAY, DELAY, DELAY with this guy. We're a year removed from the time he became the mandatory, and he still can't get it together.

At this point, I'd rather watch Wilder fight Haye or Pulev, or unify.

Povetkin wasn't all that great when he had a belt. As a challenger, he's just a mess. Fans don't want heavyweights to fight once or twice a year. We want them active.

Povetkin can't legitimately prepare for a heavyweight title fight in 12 months, so it's time to move on.

Povetkin has not appealed to have his B sample tested. (Probably afraid it might even show higher concentrations.)

He also did not show up at Ryabinsky's press conference to answer questions.

Not the actions of an innocent man.

Everything Povetkin did leading up to the failed drug test showed the characteristics of a scared man. He knew Wilder was about to beat the dog sh*t out of him and when the fight got too close for him...he laid an egg like the chicken he is.

Look at it like this...aj has just signed a showtime deal...if pov beat wilder...aj becomes the showtime darling.....trust me....al haymon ordered this....pov took step aside money for wilder to fight in usa next fight....the lawsuit is just a cover-up also the ped use
