    Seriously.

Canelo probably can't survive that long against actual MWs.

    Unless....

    CANELO-LEMIEUX AT 155 CATCHWEIGHT

    Bank on it.

Yawn. Except that he didn't, but who cares, you'll keep pretending that he did.

GGG should fight on Canelos undercard for a few years to build his name up

It'll be a nice pay raise for GGG too

In complete agreement.. i would think nothing at all differently of canelo if he dropped the belt and simply stated, ggg is a beast and I want to make certain I'm ready and capable of beating him

He can have the belt for now, I'm taking one if the other top mw's for my First fight at 160. I'll be coming for my title immediately, once my body matures just that tiny bit more.

By then ill be ready to take that challenge and win it. They really should work together, make that fight the breaking the mw streak fight

    :rofl:patsch

How many PPV's has Ward sold? They have to give away tickets to have a half full arena at his fights. He fights in papered houses.

Y'all crazy ? There is literally no meaning ful fight for Golovkin that will help "marinate" their fight. Even if he fought Jacobs and Saunders next, the casuals wouldn't know him more. Maybe if he fought Chavez, but still.

    What a joke.

The promoters are trying to take the Mayweather Vs Pac route to riches but although they have a good combination, they don't have the same quality combination. Mayweather and Pac was like the perfect storm. Pac was incredible, he was electric and dazzling when he fought and he looked good doing what he did. He had a pleasing personality and boyish charm. The boy wonder. People just loved his ass, inside and outside the ring. Mayweather was an artist and a magician. The dark angel. Supremely confident and gifted. His skills were one of a kind and he looked good dismantling his opponent. People hated him for his arrogance but marveled at his skills. They both were rock stars and on a collision course. Canelo and GGG don't bring that kind of drama into play. Don't get me wrong, they are good fighters ( GGG is excellent ) but they are not special in that they don't bring out all the strong emotions in people. People get excited about their knockout potential but they don't marvel at their skills, They don't particularly hate Canelo or GGG like they did Mayweather and only the Mexicans love Canelo like most of the world loved Pac. I don't think that they can generate no where near the money that Pac and Mayweather did.

Reading between the line, 3 more fight to milk the cash cow and Canello ain't ready for a beast of a fighter like GGG.
