1) I admit Shavers was somewhat better than Sam. I already pointed out Sam's shortcomings.

2) You don't want to look at Shaver's flop performances and shortcomings and face up to the fact that he is WELL within the range of somebody like Peter to obliterate. Especially given Shavers' so-so chin and much smaller size.

Peter was slow and easy to hit with a poor jab.shavers would hit him with no problem.prehaps Peter could take the shots of one of the hardest hitting HWs in history then he would win with ease.anyone Ernie could hit was in trouble .Peter got hit a lot.
