Jackson, as soon as he lands. If 39 year old Mosley can have Mayweather on rubber legs, it doesn't bare thinking about what one, repeat one, shot from Jackson would do.

Mayweather wouldn't even take a fight with Margarito. Would he even think about getting into the ring with a puncher like Jackson?

In spite of Mayweather's superior defense, Jackson would walk right through him. Jackson KO as soon as he lands. (5 rounds or less)

Mayweather will be more on his game for this fight. Plus if Mike McCallum can beat Jackson with his superior defense, so can Mayweather.

Julian Jackson was bigger and a very hard hitter. p4p one of the best. Mayweather never fought a true 154 lber in his life other than Canelo and that was at catchweight. At full 154 Mayweather gets stopped.

Well McCallum had an iron chin. I wouldn't consider Floyd an iron chinned fighter, so I don't see how Floyd would survive

    Never been stopped
    Never been down
    Superb defense
    Can block
    Can slip
    Can move
    Can roll

And he's supposed to get knocked out? I sense a lot of hatred here.

I rate Floyd highly H2H, but this has a Hearns-Duran feel to it. Perhaps not quite so sudden and early, but it's asking alot for Floyd to go the full distance without getting hit.

I suggest you watch McCallum / Jackson again. In the first Mike took some bombs from Julian, and nothing happened. No way in a month of Sunday's does Mayweather take them. As stated one right hand from former Lightweight Mosley had Mayweather all over the shop. The same punch from Jackson puts him to sleep quicker than it did Herol Graham.

I wouldn't use Mosley as a prime example of going against Mayweather's chin. Sure he was far removed from his best, but he had just stopped iron chinned Margarito, although I'm sympathetic that Margarito had been ****ted up real bad. So I guess you could discredit it, but he showed he knows exactly what to do when he gets hurt. Until he got caught again

I was merely using the Mosley example as a way of comparing their relative power to be honest. I could try either Corley or Judah if you prefer, as both buzzed Mayweather. ;)

But I think we both know Jackson's punch power was in a different league to any of the three I mentioned.

Yep. He rallied back to walk Mosley down during the single round in his career where he was "exposed" and that's enough to conclude Jackson would knock him out easily? Jackson was a little robotic. Norris would have a better chance than him. Demetrius Andrade might even have a better chance.
