He should've fought Ward, or at least pressed for the fight, yeah. But that's it. What else is he getting a pass for? There's nothing for him @ 168 anymore. Assuming Saunders rematches Eubank and wins comfortably, GGG vs BJS for the undisputed MW championship in UK would be the most lucrative fight for him bar Canelo.

This is Boxing. In Boxing you win Titles By Fighting .. in A TITLE MATCH !!

If a Title is vacated, the Title should be vacant. Not Given to Someone lol.

The whole point of a mandated opponent is so that the “opponent” has an opportunity to win the title. Either the champ fights him, or vacates. If it’s vacated, then it’s vacant, and the “opponent” gets his chance to FIGHT for the title one way or another.

The fight is already signed unlike ggg ward isn't afraid to dare to be great. Him going to 175 and fighting kovalev ****s on GGGs whole career. Meanwhile ggg will be fighting a no hoper and his fans will go wild like he did something. What has ggg done? Not make any concessions thats what. Refused to fight canelo at 155 despite the fact it would have been a career high payday and his best opponent. Refused to fight ward at 168 despite the fact it would have been a career high payday and his best opponent. The guy thinks he's God's gift to the sport without ever a win of note uppity mother ****er.

  5. Damn earlier I said you gettin mad but now I'm feeling sadness and pain in you over this. You want the worst possible for him we get it. It's all his fault he is willing to face em all but can't get the same in return. The disgusting part about you is the fact you never actually complain about the guys who are doing this but hate on the guy it is being done to.

A totally backward way of thinking.

TBH, I was expecting WBC to order a fight between him and Heiland. But I guess the difference in this instance, the mandatory challenger was also the "interim" champ. :conf

With his track record he will price himself out or make diva demands. Ggg is a diva. It's one thing to be a diva when you've earned the right but he hasnt.

It goes against everything we know about boxing to simply hand the mandatory challenger a title that is vacated. That’s not how it’s supposed to work.

What does GGG have to do with Ward/Kovalev?

And so what..the fight is signed. Then where is it? What's the split? Who is Ward fighting next as his tune up? Kovalev has his next fight signed.

And even if it is signed...so what. He hasn't done it yet.

IF the fight actually happens, he gets credit for it.

Supposedly there was an "agreement" in place for GGG/Canelo to fight after each had one voluntary fight...I don't think that happens now either.

I'm watching the nba western conference finals drinking some beer and messing with ggg fans at the same time.

No different than the guys who blamed wilder for the povetkin fight not happening when it was povetkin who tested dirty.

Do tell the track record that makes you believe he'd price himself out from a Saunders fight or make diva demands. Was It the Ward situation that marked him for life?

Ward and canelo a guy with a **** resume like ggg should have said screw it I'll fight you at 155 canelo that's how badly I want to prove that I'm great I want that big money ppv fight in Vegas. But nope he acted like he was a side and the face of the sport. You think canelo liked fighting pbf at 152? No but he swallowed his pride and did it to get the fight made.

Ward has gone to 175 because he can't make 168 any longer. Hunter and Ward both said that. That's not "daring to be great" it's being too big for the weight.

Stop lying, stop twisting the truth, Ward couldn't make the weight any longer.

    Seriously are you OK?

Ward went on record saying that for ggg he could make 168. Ggg said no 164 for you which was bull****.
