Where does this courageous steely eyed Mexican even come from ? Im genuinely curious. I never knew their national anthem contained what is basically a war anthem. Yet I cant think of a single great mexican general, soldier, miliary outfit or war they have fought in ? No hate guys just wondering. Not sure how many of you guys follow MMA but geez canelo and connor McGregor are showing alot of similarities.

I used to think Canelo had no fear, he showed a lot of self belief when he stepped in with Mayweather at such an early point of his career. But with the catch weight ****, fighting Khan and now vacating the belt, he's lost my respect. Mexican fans will of course not look at this favourably. They demand the machismo and warrior mentality from their fighters more than most fans and this move from Canelo could seriously back fire if his fan base deserts him.
They'll take away his Mexican citizenship soon enough, no way this disgrace can call himself Mexican warrior.
A points loss to Mayweather and a massive pay day pales in comparison to being KO by GGG and being humiliated. He was never brave to begin with.
Bingo. Anyone can make excuses against Mayweather, as they normally don't get 'beat up', just a points loss. GGG does damage to his opponents, so there's no excuses.
