That British boxing has to pray to Zeus, Shiva, Golovkin, Thor and all the other gods that Joshua doesn't get run over once he starts fighting the actual top heavies.

its true, im a fury fan, but I refuse to pay the prices they are charging, which is pure greed. If it was the normal 40,60,80,100 tickets that most shows are, I'd have been there, with mates. Instead we'll just watch it on the box

Cheapest in the arena was £58 with fees, although not many of these were released so now, even though the place is half sold, the cheapest you can get is £200 a ticket.

    Scandalous.

The place is half sold but the touts have bought 80% of the tickets sold and have no chance of selling them on at face value never mind above.

Unless the Touts sell at less than 50% of face value - the Manchester Arena is going to look like Wembley where 80,000 tickets were sold but the touts were left with 25,000 pieces of worthless paper outside. :happy

If this was in a German Arena at those prices, there would be less than 300 tickets sold for the fight as the Erics do not take kindly to being shafted. (eg Haye v Klitschko had 20,000 empty seats because the ticket price doubled.)

The promoters and TV companies think there is an endless stream of mugs who will fork out any price for tickets and Pay per Poos.

Think this fight has gave them a good kick in the coconuts.

Can see the famous injury, postponement and relocation of fight to Germany due to poor ticket sales/no increase in Boxnation Subscribers.

Hopefully the start of a new era where people do not accept being shafted for obscene ticket prices and Pay per Poos for average fights which usually turn out be stinkers.

So so so scandalous in the words of Mis-Teeq.

Ten thousand tickets sold has to be a record for Mick/Frank in recent memory:lol:.

It hasn't even been promoted, all I've seen of it is a segment on BN saying about upcoming fights. Fury is his own promoter with his twitter antics though. What ever happened to box nation PPV on sky?

Anyone know how Joshua vs Brezeale is doing??

I know it 'sold out in seconds' but there are 1000s available on Stub Hub and AXS and it is very easy to get 6 or 7 seats in a row in every section.

So it looks like this PPV event is struggling too. Which I guess is why Hearn keeps adding 'names' like Eubank Jnr to the 'stacked card'.

If England come 3rd in their Euro 2016 group they play their last 16 match at 8pm on the same night ... and if it goes into Extra time and penalities will finish at half ten.

It will surely be the worst selling PPV of all time if that happens.

Still doesn't change the outrageous prices for Fury vs Klitschko 2
