Is it because he might lose? He's already lost before.

Is it because he doesn't want to feel the pain of GGG punches? GGG does hit much harder than Lara, Trout, Cotto and Mayweather.

Is it because he doesn't want his skills exposed? Floyd already exposed that he's not p4p caliber.

Why would he vacate? He's not undefeated no need to protect his record.

He's not afraid he feels like he's being disrespected by a guy who's not a draw and has not paid any dues. Canelo was not willing to give his upperhand on this fight when he's taking all the risk. A non mando fight he can more easily dictate terms and get his fair share of the purse. He wasn't going for a 55/45 split when he's taking all the risks when he could be getting 70/30 it's common sense. Canelo is A side and knows his value. He got dictated to and got the short end of the stick against PBF and Cotto he's not willing to do it again and I don't blame him. That's all this really is, Canelo feels he's being disrespected by a guy who has never paid any dues and not a big draw.

Because he's a cash cow. More losses, especially the way GGG doles out losses, would equal losing fans, meaning less income over a set period of time. Some smart guy will coin a new phrase like "The Mayweather Effect", and how it causes boxers to be risk averse in their careers and slowly but surely ruining the sport.

So he's afraid of taking a hard punch. Yet he's a pro boxer...

  6. Canelo has never fought a legit hitting mw at 160 let alone the hardest hitting mw at 160

This is not a sure lose for Canelo its a sure knockout loss

Canelo has been beating smaller big named fighters but has never fought someone his own size

GGG knocks him out within 3 rounds a **** easy fight for GGG

This is part opf boxing it's the way it's always been. The difference is GGG is not willing to be dictated to or pay dues like all other boxers have been.:deal For whatever reason he feels like he doesn't have to and that's one of the reasons why his resume is a cruel joke and will be for the foreseeable future.:deal

he didn’t lose a UD to Mayweather. It was a MD.

GG’s never fought anyone like Canelo, and Canelo hasn’t ever been knocked out, so thinking he’s going to get KTFO by Golovkin is wishful thinking at this point. One could make the reverse argument, that GG is scared of Canelo after watching him knock Amir Khan into tomorrow land, and that’s why GG is holding firm at 160.

The irony of all this is that Canelo was actually willing to drain himself to 152 to fight Mayweather while GG is not willing to make the same sacrifices to fight Canelo.

  12. GGG never fought anyone like canelo?

Yea he fought tougher harder hitting guys then him david and stevens and murray

GGG also never fought anyone like Pac

Pac has a far greater name then anyone GGG can maybe dream of fighting but that doesnt mean he wont get KTFO with the first jab

Mark my words: if Canelo ducks GGG now, his days as a cash cow are over. His next ppv will do half of what this one did.
