Why should Ward have gotten 50-50 at his full weight given that GGG is the bigger draw?

Seems like you're cool with Canelo doing the exact same thing you're ragging on GGG for (even though GGG was his mandatory and willing to fight for less and Ward was a voluntary fight)

Too many here were protecting bums like QUILLIN who duck and get KO'd, yet they love to rip into GGG. Is it because he's not American?

Wanted to catchweight with Ward but not one with Canelo for more money and an easier fight how does that work?:huh

GGG doesn't NEED any one person for him to be successful. He's making enough money (for him and his family), and I'm pretty sure he's not trying to match Floyd's wealth anyways. He can set the record for title defenses, and overall consecutive KO-ending fights, as well as collecting the belts from BJS and Jacobs, so he's got plenty to focus on.

Ward has taken risks in his career and has beaten great fighters. GGG hasn't. GGG needed Ward more than Ward needed GGG he needed a elite fighter on his resume, that's what you fail to realize.:deal Ward was making 2 million fighting paul smith on BET FFS that's equal to GGG's PPV purse for Lemieux:rofl:lol: he's moved on and will be fighting Kovalev which will be a better fight and bigger money fight than GGG will get at 160 facing cans now that Canelo's out of the picture.:deal So once again he will be left out on the cold. While Ward's legacy is solidified GGG's is full of what ifs and a can collection Campbell Soup would be jealous of.:yep

Yes I care. And I think you're swell. Still blame Team Canelo for this bad PR move.

Look, I am one of the biggest Golovkin detractors on here, none of this can be attributed in any way whatsoever to him. This is all due to Canelo's fear, hubris and/or a combination of both.

It's always the same with you, anything to prop up floyd's resume. You're glad the fight didn't happen because Golovkin would've obliterated someone that Void only decisioned.

No he wasn't but I'll counter you with, what belt did Chavez Jr have when GGG wanted him at 168?:hi: GGG is a cherry picker he doesn't want to dare to be great he just wants it all without ever seeking greatness.:deal

Name the options for Canelo. What opponent and what weight?

Canelo can now offer 80-20. It was 65-35 when he had the belt due to sanctioning body rules.
