Wilder and Joshua faced better guys than Haye has been facing the last 5 years!

 

For once Haye is totally correct.

 

I'd take Stiverne, Duhaupas, Spzilka and maybe even Molina over Takam.

Takam hasn't beaten anyone younger than 40. His wins came over Michael Grant, Frans Botha ... both pushing 50 ... and Tony Thompson. (Hell, Malik Scott beat Tony Thompson.)

 

I might be wrong, but I thought it was around November 2016...

 

Most people with anything to lose avoid the guy, that's the point of what has been discussed lately. The only guy to beat him this decade was a juiced up Povetkin. He was arguably robbed of the Mike Perez fight, and the only fights which have made him work have been Mike Perez and Alexander Povetkin.

Regardless of who he has fought or beat, just watch his performances against the likes of Povetkin and find anyone that Joshua has fought that has performed at that level in the last 5+ years.

 

Charles Martin won it on 1/16/2016. Deadline for the next defense is 1/16/2017.

Takam is ridiculously overrated, but then again I think Parker is too.

Hayes right... But Joshua has been moved along fine. Didn't take him 5-6 years to fight live bodies like Wilder.
