Do you really think the fight will be made now? I hope so, but I think negotiations will fall through.

Canelo already agreed to fight at 160, and I'm convinced that GGG's team will take 80/20. They've consistently admitted that Canelo is the A-side and deserves the "lion's share".

The only one holding up the fight is ODLH who is concerned that his cash cow will get KO'ed.

Baffling really. Bash Golovkin for not fighting anyone decent, yet praise the 'decent' fighters for not fighting him. The only response you ever get out of the haters is "why didn't he move up to fight Ward at 168?" when Ward hasn't made 168 in 3 years. Not seen a fighter as talked about since The Fighting Pride of Newbridge, Wales himself Mr Joe Calzaghe, who incidentally, schooled American hopes such as Lacey, Jones and 'I'll never lose to a white boy' Bernard Hopkins. Make no mistake, if Golovkin was American there wouldn't be half as much criticism regarding him. Haters gonna hate, while Golovkin's gonna keep collecting those belts.

 

I don't even think that Canelo has really lost any fans, most boxing fans are loyal to their guy. It is more just GGG fan trolls creating thread after thread attacking Canelo and all just agreeing with each other. Anybody who thinks that Canelo is finished clearly DKSAB.
