I'm a Golovkin fan, but I said 168. Any person who follows boxing will know that the fight has to be made at 168.

 

That's a fight that K2, Arum and HBO are looking for in 2017/18 for PPV, but only AFTER GGG has won a title at SMW, and assuming Zurdo hasnt moved N to 175 for Ward/Kovalev winner, and/or hasn't lost his WBO SMW title.

If GGG would have fought Zurdo you would have said he was fighting a bum. No arguing with haters.

That's why this fight is being pushed back til 2017/18, both promoters hoping Zurdo becomes the man at 168, and doesn't outgrow the division before Golovkin makes the move N.:thumbsup

Will the fight be at Middleweight, Golovkin-weight, or S. Middleweight?

Either way it makes aGolovkin a hypocrite and/or makes him look as if he ducked Ward.

 

Will happen at SMW limit of 168 if and only if, Zurdo is still a SMW titlist, hopefully a unified titlist, and GGG has also won a title at SMW, making it a PPV unification battle.

 

Let Zurdo win some fights and get more belts.

It is an amazing achievement to be sure, but as a fan I'd be more interested to see GGG against the top fighters at 168.

I don't see anyone beating him at 160 and I think the 168 fights are more interesting.

 

GGG is a perfect middleweight. Barely 5'10.. He's boxing's A side.
