If this fight can be made it will be very interesting.

If Eubank Jr has the whiskers of his father, then GGG might find it difficult to get Eubank Jr out of there.

CEJ doesn't have the power or skills to give Golovkin trouble. It would garner interest but it's easy work imo for Golovkin.

Mid round KO for GGG if it were to happen. CEJ far too open when he throws

 

He doesn't have the chin of his dad. He's got a solid chin don't get me wrong but when he's been tagged against people not in the same league as ggg he's looked slightly stunned at times not wobbled by any means but stunned. Which lets face it he's barely out of euro level competition so god knows what will happen to him if he fights ggg.

Worth pointing out though that Nick Blackwell rocked Eubank....what will GGG do if Blackwell shook him? Admittedly it was because Eubank was showboating but I wouldn't be surprised if he did it against Triple G too.

Intriguing fight, and the only real acid test for Eubank Jnr. As much as I love Golovkin, he's not the most technically skilled boxer so I can see Eubank having more success over the distance, but it might be that GGG gets him out of there.

Could be a retirement in the corner between rounds if CEJ takes a shellacking for a long time?

 

GGG is a super talent and is a firm favourite vs any at 160 lbs, but he will fight a bit more cautiously against the quicker CEJ who is on this board atleast an underrated puncher. GGG fighting cautiously wont do enough damage to stop CEJ and a more aggresive GGG might get stopped by CEJ.

Jr has a great chin with the most stamina @ 160 and Blackwell did not hurt him in the slightest

 

How would it be "interesting"? What does Eubank Jr posses that would cause GGG any sort of worry?

Good jab? No. Good movement? No. Good power? No.

CEJ was on the wrong end of a licking from BJS, he would get brutally KO'd by Golovkin inside 3.

People seem to forget Golovkin was an outstanding amateur winning Olympic silver. He is not going to outboxed by many, certainly not Eubank Jr.

I would have though his performance vs Lemieux would have dispelled the myth he is purely a puncher, clearly not.
