Just read the main event will start at the very earliest 10.30pm NZ time.

It is now 7.50pm. So we are looking at probably 3 hours plus til Parker vs Takam kicks off.

Wtf is the deal with Jordan Tai's career? Layoffs of ten and two years respectively after starting at super welter, now back in the mix at super middle and scheduled to meet 10-0 Joe Blackbourn and then looking PAST that also penciled in to headline a show with Gunnar Jackson in July challenging for Jackson's kiwi MW title? :huh (Gunnar's first defense, after nabbing it over 3 years ago...)

 

5 undercard bouts to get through prior to the main event. First up is Daniel Tai and Alapati A'asa at heavyweight.

 

I'm inordinately hyped for this fight. Perhaps because of recent deflating events, but more likely because it's quality boxing in the morning.
