That would be a ballsy move from Canelo.

Maybe that 1 pound added it's very difficult to cut off even if it looks like not a big deal.

That's it. That 1 pound will give him liver damage or something. I think 155 is really hard for him right now.

:good Soon Canelo will give up and move straight up to 168. It's obvious that he's really struggling.

rumor is he had serious issues making 155 for Khan and Cotto, I think 154 is out of the question for Canelo

155 has him killing himself as is right now and 154 would create a stroke:deal:lol:

That fight would be co-promoted (really not formally) by a PBC promoter, so Canelo wouldn't be able to have pocket judges. Not sure if he would risk that.

If he lost a further lb from the Khan weigh in his skin would be transparent.

At the weigh in, Khan actually looked like the bigger man

Damn, i still remember how ghastly Chavez Jr. looked when he got to Vegas prior to the Martinez fight.

I dunno, canelo seems big for 154lb division, what if canelo goes to 168 to fight Gilberto ramirez? To see who's real Mexican warrior.

He's already pushing it at 155 if you ask me, but he might probably be able to shave off that one extra pound if he goes for it.

But he won't be able to do it for long, without feeling the draining effects, diminishing of his punch resistance and even issues to his health. Extreme weightcutters like Canelo are bound to be forced to move up, and usually they lose their standing when they suddenly have to face guys their own size in the ring.

then why'd he fight Lara and Angulo at 155? bear in mind, the Angulo fight was supposed to be at 154, but they made the limit 155 only hours before the weigh in, I wonder why

    No belt in the line

It's common to fight a pound over the limit it it's not for a title
