Haye will/can/might spoil the party for a few soon but it's about getting the fight and I can see the others slipping away from fighting him and before you know it they have all gone on to bigger and better things and Haye is left with boring us with drab fights.

Haye looked slower than Briggs. Not even joking. Heavy hands but that won't be enough against top boys

You thought he looks as fast as he used to be. Looked sluggish to me. His movement isn't anywhere near what it was.

Look at what you said. "Haye looked slower than Briggs ... not even joking"

    That's a nonsense statement.

Obviously he's not going to throw as fast as he did when he was younger, he's 35 ffs. But he's still got faster hands then pretty much every HW out there. Joshua has faster hands but Haye is still elusive, still has decent reflexes and throws his straights very fast. Given how open Joshua was against Whyte, that's not an easy fight for Joshua and I'd tip Haye tbh. He's still clearly a top 10 HW.

Can't take haye seriously. He's definatley not the fighter he was and is relying on finding that 1 punch. I rekon after a few competitive rounds he'l be in real trouble. Tonight show was farcical and to top it off he looked like he was wearing a nappy

Still the fastest heavyweight by some distance even if he has slowed down slightly.

Some people are so deluded by their hate for Haye they come out with laughable statements.

Sure it was a **** fight but don't delude yourselves. Haye is still fast and still hits hard. And his head movement is better than any HW out there.

He's quick, but I think AJ might be a touch quicker of hand. When AJ lets them go, he is pretty f*cking quick. Haye is still quick though.

Haye has him licked in the reflex, foot, head movement department though.

As I said before, Haye needs to lose that mass as it's not doing him any good at all.

I think Ortiz and Povetkin are the guys Haye needs to avoid, full stop.

Joshua, Parker etc he can beat at this stage of their careers.

Briggs, Pulev, Joshua. That'd be a nice string of opponents, a great step up in class, and it'd give the AJ/Haye fight time to build to massive proportions.

He hits very hard indeed. But when u have a guy that falls over with a jab its easy to hide your lack of speed with impressive power. He's not gonna have the feet of movement to keep out of the way of someone like AJ .

He's not the force he was.

anyone else think Briggs was told only work the body on the Argy fighter. The skinniest Heavyweight I have ever seen that guy needs a foodbank asap

As for Shannon VS Haye total miss match Haye will take him out in 3. His footwork was all over the place though. Barry had me in stitches the place is packed then pan to crowd row upon row of empty seats. Quickly pans back to the ring

Haye still has very fast hands for a heavyweight. He's made a little trade off with the weight, but he may have found a nice balance between speed/power.
